All applications can be sent in by email but, where required, (scaled) plans should be in .pdf format and it must be clearly stated at what size (e.g. A4, A3) they should be printed out for the scale to apply.  The largest size accepted is A3.

 PLANNING PERMISSION/BUILDING PERMIT

• Planning Permisson / Building Permit Application Form  - For applications for Building Permit and/or Outline Planning Permission, Full Planning Permission or Detailed plans following grant of outline permission.
• Notice Owner(s) of Land - If you do not own the land upon which you are applying for Planning Permission/Building Permit, you must complete one of these (per owner) and submit it with your application.

OFF-STREET PARKING GRANTS

• Off-street Parking Grant Application Form  - Application form for FIG’s Off-street parking grant, aiming to assist with the provison of parking facilities in order to reduce congestion in Stanley.  See guidelines below.

 RESEARCH LICENCES

• Falkland Islands Research Application Form - See guidance notes below for more information on what to include in your application.
• FI Research Application Guidance Note (pdf) - Advice on submitting your application for a research licence for work in the Falkland Islands.

TURKEY VULTURE SHOOTING LICENCES

• Turkey Vulture Shooting Licence Application Form - Only issued where there is a demonstrable negative effect on livestock.  Upon expiration of the licence term, a return form (attached to the licence.  Also see below) must be completed and returned to the Environmental Planning Department.
• Turkey Vulture Shooting Licence Return Form - Remember to include your licence number, name and address.

EGGING LICENCES

• Egging Licence Application Form - Applications can be made verbally over the phone or this form can be completed and faxed in.  A return form (usually attached to the licence or see below) is to be submitted at the expiration of the issued licence.
• Egging Licence Return Form - Remember to include your licence number and your name and address.

GOVERNMENT ISLANDS VISITOR PERMITS

• Visitor Permit Application Form - Required in order to visit any island in Falkland Islands Government ownership.
• Post Visit Report Form for FIG Islands  - To be completed and submitted to the Environmental Planning Department upon completion of your visit.
